RETURNS & REFUNDS
• 90-day return window from delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
• Full refund to original payment method (minus original shipping costs)
• Made-to-order items are final sale only if they are custom/personalized

EXCHANGES
• Free exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability)
• We'll cover return shipping for exchanges within the US
• Email us at [your support email] to initiate an exchange

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
3. Ship item back within 7 days of receiving authorization
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We inspect every piece before shipping, but if something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
